One of the best baby gear I have purchased Jul 22, 2010 We used to have a pack n play. Once we bought this item, pack n play went to a friend's house. This travel crib is so much better. Besides the obvious benefits offered by this item, I also find it a much better napping and sleeping place for my baby. She slept 9 hours in it, the longest ever! I think if I have second child, I may not even bother with a bassinet and just use this crib to have our future newborn in it.
It's easy, compact, sturdy, comfortable. Other than being pricy, there is really no cons to it. Again, you are paying for it's design though.

It really is as good as everyone says . . . Jul 19, 2010 I bought this travel crib after reading all the positive reviews here on amazon. There were other, cheaper options, and our budget was tight, but I didn't want to regret my purchase so I went with this one. It is hands down one of the best baby purchases we have made. We use it all the time -- it's both a travel crib and a safe playpen for our baby, now 16 months. He plays in it, sleeps in it when we travel, and loves it. It's also not too big, so it fits in any room in our small apartment. And it's so lightweight and easy to travel with. Easy to set up and down. Worth the money!
Great travel bed -- a MUST HAVE for families that travel. Jul 13, 2010 The BABYBJÖRN Travel Crib Light is such a great product that I'm taking the time to write my first review on Amazon for other moms and dads out there. Simply put, this bed allowed me to *finally* enjoy a night away from home. Our daughter, 9-months-old, slept 8 uninterrupted hours in her travel crib -- a huge feat considering that she typically wakes up every 2-3 hours in her pack 'n play. The BABYBJÖRN Travel Crib Light not only allowed our daughter to sleep well, but we also were able to set it up in record time. A kid could set this crib up, it's that easy and quick. Additionally, this crib is super light which is a huge plus when you're lugging suitcases and various other baby items into the car, airport, etc. Lastly, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY buying the Bjorn fitted sheet. I made the mistake and bought it, but our daughter's regular crib sheet worked just as well. Folks, this thing is really fantastic. If you travel with your kids, I highly recommend that you make this investment. It is kind of pricey, but money well spent in my opinion. My daughter really slept so much better in this crib than in the pack 'n play.
Great Crib For Travel And Good Enough For Every Day Jul 12, 2010 We owned and used a Baby Bjorn Travel Crib for about eighteen months, from the time our daughter grew out of her cot until BA mislaid it and we switched to a standard bed. We bought it for a trip and were so happy with it that we used it every day at home and away. It held up fantastically and is still in good shape despite numerous road trips, plane flights and a forty night trip to Europe. It folds (with a little practice) into a compact carry case which can also take additional bedding -- we often packed teddy bears and blankets in the carry case it comes with. Sturdy, compact, roomy, and comfortable, our daughter has always slept well in it. We don't just like everything from Baby Bjorn but we absolutely loved this travel crib and can't say too many good things about our it.
Has already paid for itself Jul 09, 2010 I searched endlessy to find a travel crib for our first big trip with our baby. My husband thought I was crazy for spending so much money on a travel crib, but quickly realized it was worth it! Just take out of the zip case and it pops open, then put the mattress in the bottom...done. It did take a little practice folding it back and sometimes still takes a few corrections to make it fit in the bag...honestly that could just be my issue.
It is so lightweight, we checked it on the plane and I was able to put a bunch of blankets in the case to get the most out of the ridiculous baggage fees. My baby loves this crib, seems very comfortable. I do agree with other reviewers that the legs are a little akward since they stick out. The bottom touches the floor, so it makes it a little harder to pick up the baby since your feet have to be outside of the perimeter, but that is just nit-picking. Learn from my mistake, do not put on tile, as the cold radiates to the baby, or put something like a blanket down first...poor guy was frozen, but slept all night!
Very roomy, can use for at least another year. Well worth the money! Buy the american baby crib sheet to fit, do not waste $40 on Baby Bjorn crib sheet.
