how to unlock it Sep 11, 2009
By Sandy a dog lover there are no instructions - on side of box says to slide to lock - what it should say is - hold down the handle and slide the little gray plastic piece that has the lock/unlock symbols on it. This should save the next person 5 minutes on wait for support.

Great product Jul 06, 2008

This product is great! Bought it for small projects (committee notes and schoolwork). It makes punching holes effortless. The middle hole puncher gets caught though and I have to remove the paper chips by hand. That's a little annoying. Overall it's great for the cost.

LOVE THIS HOLE-PUNCHER! Jan 28, 2009

I just love this hole-puncher!~ It's really easy to use, quiet and you don't need to use a lot of pressure to punch holes. It accepts more paper than other hole-punchers which is a big plus. And it's pretty, too!

Great hole-puncher Apr 22, 2009
By liz blue eyes I really like the look and the performance of this hole-punch. It has the smoothest feel when punching, and it really does go through 20 pages easily and quickly. Far better than the crappy ones I've used in school and work all these years. It took me several minutes to figure out how to unlock it in the back (or that it even needed to be unlocked...), and no directions came with this. But that's okay. It is still a 5-star product.

smooth Aug 30, 2008

A little pricey but the operation is clean and smooth. No more standing on the thing just to get all three holes to cut. No hanging chads.
