Great product. I hope it lasts. Mar 16, 2010 I purchased this as an alternative to flossing. It works very well. The water pulses out of the tube, and the pressure is adjustable. I couldn't think of anything I'd change. I've had it for several weeks, so my only concern it longevity. If it lasts several years, I'll replace it with another one.
First Time Waterpik User Mar 15, 2010 I am a fan of the Waterpik Ultra Dental Water Jet. I now use this product after I brush my teeth with my Oral-B Triumph Professional Care 9400 Power Toothbrush. After I'm done, my teeth and mouth feels immaculate. A few points:
1. The Waterpik was shipped in a timely manner.
2. I had initial surprise at the new sensation using the 2nd setting.
3. First time, my gums were sensitive to the pressure, but had adjusted by the second use.
4. Dialed it up to 3 the next day, and going to 4 the third day.
5. Easy to use product and knowing how excellent the product is at what is does, encourages me to use it twice a day.
6. Comes with two color-coded jet tips for another user.
7. Lean over the sink, keep mouth partially closed as instructed.
8. No problems thus far (less than a week).
I was excited when it arrived in the mail, I really couldn't wait to use it. This product is easy to use and encourages me to use it twice daily!
just like my dentist suggested Mar 15, 2010
just had three root canals -- my new dentist all but demanded I get the water pic --- it's amazing how much "stuff" it removes AFTER I've brushed with my electric toothbrush ---
I can do very well without any more root canals -- hopefully, this product will do the job
Good Product Mar 14, 2010 I've had this item about a month and have been very happy with the purchase. I use my waterpik just about every day and it really gets the tiny stuff, that gets jammed in with dental floss, out. I haven't had any leaking problems. The instructions say to make sure the attachment is flush, with no gaps, against the wand. There is a tiny gap and there is no other way to put it on but it doesn't leak. You do have to put your head down in the sink because you do have all this water squirting out your mouth. That's the whole idea right? I like the setting from 1 to 10 that lets me control the force of the jet stream. So far I'm very happy with mine and would recommend it to others.
Excellent Mar 14, 2010 I love this waterpik - I highly recommend to anyone. It's quite, the speed ranges are perfect for any user.
